Service Contracts protect you from high repair costs due to heater malfunction. After hours or even normal business hours can cost you hundreds of dollars in repair bills. Heavener Supply offers two types of Service Contracts. Each Contract includes an annual heater tune-up designed to reduce system failure and increase system efficiency, protection against high repair costs and 24-hr emergency service.

Of course, you can always call the office or ask your technician and we will be glad to help you determine how best to fulfill your needs.

How do I go about getting a Plan? It all starts with a Clean & Service Inspection. Either call, or click on-line, to set up an appointment. ALL heaters must be inspected for a service contract before a contract will be granted. Once the unit has been checked out (and tuned -up!) you're all set. In the off chance that your unit is not approved for a contract, you will be billed for a cleaning, and we will inform you as to why we were forced to turn down your unit. Thankfully, this is a rare occurance!
